When you submit the contact form on persturk.com, your full name and email are processed as identity and contact data, your company name and country as customer-transaction data, and the content of your message as enquiry-management data.

Your IP address is also processed temporarily on our servers at the time of submission, as processing-security data, to prevent abuse of the form.

This data is collected electronically, directly from the declarations you provide through the contact form.

Your personal data is processed to evaluate and respond to your enquiry, to carry out distributorship and sales processes, to conduct communication activities, and to carry out information-security processes (preventing abusive or unwanted submissions).

This processing relies on the legal bases set out in Article 5(2)(c) of the KVKK (being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract) and Article 5(2)(f) (being necessary for the data controller's legitimate interest).

Where our service providers require it, data may be processed abroad on the basis of your explicit consent.

To deliver our services, we rely on email infrastructure services that are widely used across the industry. These providers may operate servers located in different countries around the world.

As part of this, the information you share through the contact form may be processed abroad to the extent the service requires. This processing is carried out in line with applicable law, with appropriate legal safeguards in place (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses) and/or on the basis of your explicit consent.

The consent checkbox you tick when submitting the contact form also covers this processing.

Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the purposes of processing, subject to any statutory limitation periods, and is deleted, destroyed or anonymised within a reasonable period after the purpose of processing ceases to apply.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may apply to the data controller to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information about such processing; learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose; know the third parties to whom your data is transferred, domestically or abroad; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request erasure or destruction of your data within the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK; request that any correction, erasure or destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred; object to a result that is to your detriment arising from analysis of your data exclusively through automated systems; and claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing of your data.

You may submit requests relating to the rights listed above to contact@persturk.com by email, or in writing to the address above, together with information or documents verifying your identity.

Your request will be concluded free of charge within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on its nature; a fee set by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply if the request requires an additional cost.

As of the date this Notice is published, persturk.com does not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, or any other third-party analytics, marketing or advertising cookies.

The site only keeps a local storage (localStorage) record on your own device to remember your light/dark theme preference; this record contains no personal data and is never sent to us.

Should analytics or advertising cookies be introduced in the future, this Notice will be updated and an appropriate consent mechanism compliant with applicable law will be added to the site.
